London, September 17 and 18

GCAQE has organized several major international conferences on Aircraft Cabin Air Quality in recent years. These have consistently taken place in London, where GCAQE is based. These conferences are always well attended by representatives from airlines, manufacturers, government agencies, as well as unions of flight personnel and aviation technicians. However, individuals with a personal interest, such as those working in aviation, are also welcome at these conferences. It is a unique opportunity to stay informed about the latest developments in regulations, science, and technology related to (the improvement of) air quality on board aircraft, and to learn about the solutions being actively pursued.

Due to the COVID-19 measures, the Conference in 2021 in London could not take place as usual. Instead, it was organized as an Online Event. Over the course of 4 days, participants could follow the presentations offered from the comfort of their homes through a Zoom Conference Call.

In 2023, GCAQE again opted for this format. However, this year, the event will return to its traditional “live” format at Imperial College in London on September 17 and 18, 2024. It promises to be an engaging gathering with updates on the latest developments in contaminated cabin air, filter and sensor technologies, improved oil types, and the latest research findings. Make sure to mark the dates in your calendar!
